It is recommended that you open the Box as soon as possible and inspect for concealed damage. If there are parts missing or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for replacements.
If you would like to return your product, you must first request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing email@example.com. Our support Team will email you a return shipping label. You must ship the item back to us within 10 days of receiving the item. No refunds will be given if the RA# is missing from the label. As soon as the product is received in our facility you will receive a refund less the shipping cost involved in the return.
If the product is defective or damaged beyond repair, please take a pictures of the damage or defect and contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 424.239.9612 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will then provide you with a return shipping label. The item must be returned in its original box within 10 days of receiving the item. Upon receiving your return in our facility, the item will be inspected and you may choose to exchange your item or request a full refund.
Please allow about 10 days to complete your refund. We are unable to issue refunds for products returned that have been soiled, accidentally damaged or returned with parts missing.
- Email email@example.com to Receive a Return Authorization # ( RA#).
- Print the return shipping label that the support team will send you.
- Re package item in the original box and include ALL of its parts.
- Make sure you return the product within 10 days of receiving it.
- Please allow 10 days to receive your refund.
Orders Cancellations: orders can be cancelled at any time ONLY IF it has not shipped, meaning that tracking information has not been provided via e-mail or text. You can cancel via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or CALL 424.239.9612.
NOTE: Should the product been placed inside the truck for shipping and can’t be removed on time or it has already been shipped prior to your call or e-mail, BUYER will be responsible for its return plus order shipping costs. All boxes returned must be marked as “RETURN / RMA#”
PROMOTION PRICE ADJUSTMENT: Price adjustments will be allowed within 7 days prior to promotion launch date. Only by request with proof of purchase from gaminggirlfriends.com.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International buyer are responsible for their own country’s import duties and local taxes.
