How We Review

Our reviews and buyer's guides exist to answer one question: should you spend your money on this?

Hardware

We use gear the way you would, daily, for weeks where possible. Keyboards get typed on and ranked with. Headsets get worn through long sessions. We test against the category's current best, not against marketing claims, and we weigh price heavily: a $120 product that does 90% of a $250 one wins.

Scoring

Scores run to 10. A 7 is genuinely good. 9+ means we'd buy it with our own money without hesitation. We don't hand out scores we can't defend.

Buyer's guides

Rankings combine our testing, spec analysis and current pricing. Guides are dated and updated as the market changes. Affiliate links never affect placement, a product we earn nothing from will outrank a partner product if it's better. Full disclosure here.
